This JFA Travel Winder. runs on rechargeable battery as well as AC. Simply place your watch on the enclosed pillow and close the cover. Turn on the winder by choosing clockwise or counterclock wise winding by sliding the control switch. Placing the multi-purchase switch in middle shuts off the winder. Pushing on the switch converts it to a battery checker. 
 
Now your watch is protected and can be easily transported. Upon arrival you can continue to use the battery or plug in the supplied charger.
