We do not replace 'o' rings or strips. 

Our winders have a history of performance for over 20 years or more. If your winder is not winding your watches because you believe it needs repair we will repair or replace, at our option, any JFA watch winder purchased from JFA, OnlyTheBestGifts.com or any authorized JFA reseller, provided the winder case has not been opened, or the winder abused or tampered with at any time or in any way, and provided it is returned to us, prepaid and insured. Out of warranty repairs carry at 90-day warranty. Proof of purchase may be required for any repair. All repairs or replacements will be shipped with 6 - 8 weeks.

NONE OF THE REPAIRS BELOW include or replacement of retaining springs, retaining spring parts, or pillows.

Upon inspection, if we discover that returned winders have been tampered with, arrive covered in dirt, oil spillage, WD40 or other grease or lubricants inside the housing or show clear signs of misuse the returned winder(s) are subject to additional charges or not repaired at our option. 

We DO NOT repair other brands other than JFA and MTE. 

Note on multiple repairs: Winders are not eligible for over two out-of-warranty repairs. If you've submitted your winder for repair two times, then the third will not be repaired. We can only replace the unit with a discounted unit. We will contact you with details if we find the winder has been repaired more than twice.

Flat Rate Repair Cost:

• JFAE1/JFAE1i One-Watch Electric Watch Winder: Motors and spring available.  $50 plus shipping and handling
• JFAE4/JFAE4i Four-Watch Watch Winder: $89 cover new motor, center track plus shipping & handling. If an electronic module needs to be replaced add $35.  
• JFAE8 Connoisseur Eight-Watch Winder Watch Cabinet: $170 
• JFAE9 Collector $295 which included replacement for one module. For each additional module, 2nd or more, that needs to be replaced add in shopping cart @$125 each.

Out of Warranty Watch Winder Repair Procedure:

1. Order the corresponding repair on this page. A repair ordered online will result in an electronic receipt being sent to your email address. Print a copy and include it with your repair return. 
2. Pack your winder ONLY. Do not include retaining springs, AC adapters, etc. unless those items need repair as well.
3. If you are not repairing a JFA E8 the mark -0- modules.
4. Make sure you include:
   1. A copy of your original order or your order number.
   2. A copy of your repair receipt.
   3. Your name, return shipping information, email and phone number.
   4. Brief description of the reason for the repair. The more detailed the better.
   5. Write your order# on the outside of the box. 

(We recommend shipping via insured and trackable means. We can not be responsible for the item until we receive it.)

1. We will verify your documentation. Repairs will be tested, repaired/replaced (at our option), tested again, then shipped out via UPS Ground.  The repair process may take six to eight weeks. If your winder is returned to us without a copy of your original sales receipt or your order number, work may delayed.
