Our Story

In 2001, we sent 10 pound bars of chocolate to our clients for the holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. They liked the product so much they started to order them for their customers. Over the years we grew to 35 tons of chocolate. As you can imagine, with that volume, some of the bars arrived broken. I took some of the chocolate home and started making chocolates of my own in Chicago.

I have created original 'Chicago' receipes. Then we 'field' test at trade shows, events, visitors to the office, and total strangers. We discarded any flavor variation that did not get a 'wow' from the majority of our tasters. 

Today, we hand make each and every piece in a small commercial kitchen were we still whip up recipes that have been tested by hundreds of chocolate lovers (Check out some video testimonials). Over the years we have added organic flavors, caramels, chunky peanut butter, mint, toasted coconut, nuts, lemon ganache, toffee, crackles, brittles, and truffles.

Handpicked ingredients include green apple, root beer, ginger, fava beans, peppermints, orange, pistachio, etc. float amid chocolate in both Bloomer milk and dark signature chocolate. Depending on the time of year, and our own chocolate 'wants' our artisan chocolates envelops bite-sized treats such as espresso beans, pretzels, peanuts, siracha chipolte, almonds, pecans, and fruit.  Our products are freshly made without preservatives.

After filming over 100 reactions to our product we heard I LOV IT. My creative side noticed that if we used a lesson from Oprah- reverse the letters- to form Harpo, TIVOLI Chocolate was born.

Our Tivoli Chocolate is now featured in the Bloomer Factory Chocolate store, Ocean Reef uses them as VIP gifts, and recently we provided several thousand pieces for a wedding. If you want to depart from ordinary to extraordinary, try our assortment. It comes with a menu showing photos of each product so that you can 'customize' the next box to your personal tastes.

Our Flavors

We continually create unique flavors for ourselves. The reaction was so positive we are now offering these rich chocolates through this website. We use Bloomer Signature chocolate. 

Our flavors are a unique combination of signature chocolates that enhance life's pleasure. We offer flavor profiles that are unique experiences. One of our Customers called our chocolates "a party in my mouth."
